Paypal Currency Converter

Whenever I need to know the exchange rate in paypal, I “withdraw” money from my account. When I learned about the rate, I just cancel it Later on, I thought it would be too risky, what if I accidentally clicked submit? Only now that I discovered that there is a small button for Currency Converter:

when you click that button, it will open to a new page where the currency converter can be found..

P.S. the balance in my paypal account is not that big LOL
