There are instances that you need to capture an image displayed in front of your computer monitor. One common example is in troubleshooting, where you need to show the error message that has appeared on your computer to your internet provider or technician as proof. Or when you want to define What is life insurance? through image, and you need to copy the image of a certain site. This is where screen grabs or screen shots takes place. You will just press one or two keys on your keyboard to do this command. The most popular and easiest way to do this is by just clicking the Print Screen key which is usually found at the upper part of your keyboard. The image has to be pasted then into a document in a word processing program such as MS Word or into an image editor, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw.
