2. And another one is to use the name/url feature on the profile of comment section. Instead of using your blogger profile, choose the name/url and enter your name and the url of the blog you wish to have a higher PR>

By the way, are these blogs dofollow already? All blogspot and wordpress are set to nofollow to all links automatically. It needs to be removed first before a blog gets to be a dofollow blog and give link juice to its commentators.
