I love seeing this little widget on my sidebar and I love it more when it increase in numbers. What widget? FOLLOWERS widget. In blogger, installing a follower widget is as easy as pie. All you need to do is go to your dashboard, then to your lay out. Add the follower widget on any part you want it to appear. Then people can start following your blogs.
What if you are using other blogging platforms? How will you put the FOLLOWERS widget on your sidebar? Easy peasy my dear readers. Create an account on Google Friend Connect (if you don’t have one yet), log in if you already have. I think if you already have an account in blogger, use it to sign in at Google Friends Connect.
After signing in, add a new site and add the members gadget. Choose the gadget size then choose color and generate the code. Now you can place the code anywhere you want it to be. As for me I have other blogs using WordPress as my platform. The gadget are installed successfully on all my blogs in WordPress.
